• Walls & Ceilings: Remove cobwebs, dust, and wash off scuff marks/stains.

• Floors: Vacuum, sweep, and mop all carpets, hardwood, or tile (including inside closets).

• Baseboards & Trim: Dust and wipe down all trim.

• Windows: Clean windows, window sills, tracks, and blinds.

• Lights & Fixtures: Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures; replace burnt-out bulbs.

• Doors: Wipe down doors, handles, and door frames.

• Vents: Dust and clean HVAC vents.

• Closets: Vacuum and wipe down shelves. 

Kitchen

• Refrigerator: Clean inside, outside, top, and seals. Empty and clean drawers.

• Oven/Stove: Degrease the stovetop, range hood, and oven interior. Clean under burners.

• Cabinets & Drawers: Wipe down inside and out, including handles.

• Counters/Backsplash: Sanitize and remove all grime/food residue.

• Sink & Disposal: Clean and sanitize; run baking soda/vinegar for odor.

• Dishwasher: Clean exterior and wipe down the edge of the door. 

Bathrooms

• Toilet: Scrub, sanitize inside/out, and clean base/behind.

• Shower/Tub: Scrub bathtub, shower walls, glass doors, and tracks to remove soap scum.

• Sink/Vanity: Sanitize sink and faucet.

• Cabinets/Drawers: Wipe down inside and out.

• Mirror: Clean streak-free.

• Exhaust Fan: Dust and clean vent cover.

Bedroom and Living Areas

• Closets: Empty, vacuum floors, and wipe shelves.

• Lighting/Fans: Dust surfaces and ceiling fans.

• Mirrors/Windows: Wipe down, clean tracks and sills.

Outside/Extras

• Appliances: Wipe down exterior of washer/dryer; clean dryer lint trap.

• Entry/Patio: Sweep porch, balcony, or entryway.

• Trash/Storage: Remove all trash and sweep out garage/storage units.
